As someone who suffers with chronic anxiety and agoraphobia, going to the dentist was extremely difficult and stressful. I have found Dr Sam to be very understanding and professional as well as always doing a wonderful job looking after my teeth and oral health. Dental Assistant Kate was very kind, caring & reassuring towards me, always ensuring I was comfortable. I could not speak more highly of her. I felt understood and cared for during each visit and highly recommend this dental practice.
Yesterday I had a broken tooth removed that I had been dreading for years as it was at gum level. Dr Sam assured me it would come out ok even if he had to break it up to get it out. About20 minutes later I was surprised when he said that it was all out as I had felt very little pulling pressure at all. Went home expecting the pain to kick in after the anaesthetic wore off but I literally had no pain at all, no pain medication required, the best experience I have had at a dentist where an extraction was required, thank you!
An anxious visit to the dentist was put at ease the moment I entered. Professional and polite staff at reception by Hayley and Anita , humbling care shown by the Bec the DA and expertise care from Sam the dentist. A return visit certain..
Patient care is the first priority in this Practice.I recently had to have a major dental procedure done and Dr Girish was very professional and caring.He explained everything to me and put me at ease.The whole procedure went very smoothly and I am very happy with the result.All the staff are very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in.I highly recommend Island Dental Sorell.
Everyone was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone who is needing dental work. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed which is great considering how nervous i was. Anyone who is anxious about going to the dentist please go here they will make you feel relaxed and will talk you through all procedures.
