Been to a few different dentists in Hobart and this is hands down the best one I have visited. The receptionists were very welcoming, helpful and all round lovely. I had dr Vismita for my appointment, was very nervous being I have had bad experiences but Vismita and her assistant made me feel very comfortable, Dr Vismita was very gentle with me, taking her time to explain everything making sure I understood. Could not recommend enough! 10/10
Dr Claudia was amazing. She reassured me and ensured I was feeling okay! If you struggle with dental anxiety, she will do an amazing job at helping you feel comfortable. Both receptionists were also very friendly! Bec helped me sort through my payment and did not make me feel rushed at all. She was pleasant and made me feel very welcomed. Great team all around! I’ll be here every 6 months!
I was worried about a crack I'd developed in a front tooth and Island Dental was able to get me a same-day appointment. I'm not from Hobart and chose them based on their reviews. I am happy to add to their abundant 5-star ratings. Dr Sam was thorough and gentle, and offered excellent advice. The ladies at reception were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience (well, as great as the dentist can be haha) and very reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend more.
I broke my front tooth and managed to get an emergency appointment almost immediately, even though I’d never been a client before. I was a mess but the front staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Dr. Mamta Arya was a dream and did the best work ever! saved my smile with such precision and her assistant was very kind.I wasn’t even scared. Thanks all for a wonderful appointment. I don't often write a review of the dentists. But from start to finish these guys were amazing. I got a full clean done and it was the most painless experience, it was just very loud in my head which was alright because it drowned out the voices I keep hearing. But watch out for the receptionists, they were very cute, because of this I simped and got the whitening package. Now I'll look great but be broke. Keep up the good work guys :)
