I'd like to give a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to the Island Dental Team at North Hobart, especially Dr Claudia and her trusty assistant!! Honestly had such a good experience at Island Dental in Hobart! The staff are all so lovely and actually take the time to listen to you, which I feel like is kinda rare now. The reception girls were so sweet and welcoming, they made me feel comfortable straight away. You can tell they actually care, not just rushing you in and out. Cannot rate Island Dental highly enough I saw Dr Claudia Lim she could not have been nicer and more professional, she was so gentle and caring and understanding. I don’t like going to the dentist and I am on holidays and the lovely girls at the front desk got me in no dramas. I would love this to be my regular dentist Dr Lim is amazing and so so kind. She kept checking I was ok the whole time and did an amazing job. 10/10.
Dr Claudia was amazing. She reassured me and ensured I was feeling okay! If you struggle with dental anxiety, she will do an amazing job at helping you feel comfortable. Both receptionists were also very friendly! Bec helped me sort through my payment and did not make me feel rushed at all. She was pleasant and made me feel very welcomed. Great team all around! I’ll be here every 6 months!
I was worried about a crack I'd developed in a front tooth and Island Dental was able to get me a same-day appointment. I'm not from Hobart and chose them based on their reviews. I am happy to add to their abundant 5-star ratings. Dr Sam was thorough and gentle, and offered excellent advice. The ladies at reception were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience (well, as great as the dentist can be haha) and very reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend more.
