Recently saw Jack for some back pain and was impressed by his knowledge and expertise. With firm but gentle hands he was able to relieve the tension I was carrying and then he gave me some targeted exercises to help strengthen the area. What I really appreciated was that he didn't just say "do these exercises", he explained their purpose and the muscles they target. Glad I know where to go if I have any further issues. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chiro with the knowledge and physical skills to help you!
I saw Jack the chiropractor recently for some chronic lower back pain and was very happy with the service and results. He was very informative and clear with the issue and potential reasons and his ongoing exercises immediately freed up my back, relieving what was some very uncomfortable pain. Have and would recommend to anyone!
Ryan is a fantastic physio who is extremely knowledgeable and solution focused. I was referred due to a severe disc compression and was in a great deal of pain. Ryan led me through my recovery with kindness and practical exercises and he really helped me through a very difficult time. I cannot recommend him enough.
I had a physiotherapy session with Jack at the Maroubra clinic and it was excellent. He was knowledgeable, approachable and very thorough and the clinic itself was well set up and equipped with an easy and efficient booking process. I would highly recommend Jack as a physiotherapist and am looking forward to continuing my recovery from injury with him at the Maroubra clinic.
