Ryan Dorahy was my physio after ACL reconstruction and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. He’s very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to explain what’s happening and why each exercise matters. Highly recommend Ryan to anyone going through rehab, especially after knee surgery.
After dislocating my shoulder and luckily avoiding surgery, I went to see Ryan at Invigor Health. Honestly, I thought there was little chance of ever regaining full range of motion. But thanks to a well-structured and progressive program, I’m now stronger than ever—and for the first time in years, I can do unassisted pull-ups! After a bike accident, I came to Ryan, convinced that I hadn't broken my wrist since the pain was relatively mild. However, Ryan insisted that I get an X-ray just to be sure. When the X-ray results were inconclusive, he recommended a CT scan. To my surprise, the CT scan revealed a small bone chip that had come loose. If it hadn't been for Ryan's insistence on further investigation, we might have proceeded with ligament treatment, which could have potentially caused more harm than good.
