Been going to Invigor for a little over a year now and I cant recommend it enough! Both Ryan and Annie are excellent at what they do and provided not only relief for an injury I've been dealing with for a while but ensured I was equipped to manage the injury moving forward.
Bradley delivers a friendly and highly professional service. He took the time to fully understand my injuries and created a clear, structured treatment plan tailored to my needs. I had a shoulder fracture and started seeing Ryan for physiotherapy during my recovery. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. He tailored a clear rehab program for me, and his choice of exercises helped me steadily regain strength and mobility. His dry needling was also very helpful for relieving pain and tension.
