After dislocating my shoulder and luckily avoiding surgery, I went to see Ryan at Invigor Health. Honestly, I thought there was little chance of ever regaining full range of motion. But thanks to a well-structured and progressive program, I’m now stronger than ever—and for the first time in years, I can do unassisted pull-ups! After a bike accident, I came to Ryan, convinced that I hadn't broken my wrist since the pain was relatively mild. However, Ryan insisted that I get an X-ray just to be sure. When the X-ray results were inconclusive, he recommended a CT scan. To my surprise, the CT scan revealed a small bone chip that had come loose. If it hadn't been for Ryan's insistence on further investigation, we might have proceeded with ligament treatment, which could have potentially caused more harm than good. I have found Dr Jack Worthington worth every cent! He is very skilled, and his understanding of the human body is amazing. He is working with me to help reduce the pain and hopefully avoid surgery of a badly torn rotator cuff. He listens and doesn't overwhelm with too many exercises he knows I will forget. I highly recommend him
