Ryan Dorahy was my physio after ACL reconstruction and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. He’s very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to explain what’s happening and why each exercise matters. Highly recommend Ryan to anyone going through rehab, especially after knee surgery.
After dislocating my shoulder and luckily avoiding surgery, I went to see Ryan at Invigor Health. Honestly, I thought there was little chance of ever regaining full range of motion. But thanks to a well-structured and progressive program, I’m now stronger than ever—and for the first time in years, I can do unassisted pull-ups! I have found Dr Jack Worthington worth every cent! He is very skilled, and his understanding of the human body is amazing. He is working with me to help reduce the pain and hopefully avoid surgery of a badly torn rotator cuff. He listens and doesn't overwhelm with too many exercises he knows I will forget. I highly recommend him
I have seen Annie twice for a leg muscle spasm and a shoulder and arm inflammation that were causing significant pain. On both occasions, she was able to reduce my pain and significantly improve my mobility. Would highly recommend!
