Upon meeting Phil, I was very impressed with his timeliness, and friendly demeanour. On inspecting the issues I was having with cracks in the ceiling and cornices, he was quick to put my mind at ease after conducting an inspection of the areas of concern. Phil explained in great detail as to what was causing the cracks, and assured me there were no structural issues.
