brilliant gym. tonnes of classes with great instructors. they have a separate wellness centre with reformer plates and lots of other yoga forms. they do outdoor classes as well. spin studio is great and Iove their weights classes.
I went to take two classes with Fleur when I was last in Sydney. The classes were excellent! A Pilates stretch class followed by a Barre class. The classes were well paced and challenging and had me sweating up a storm. My form was corrected and great cues helped me really get the most of the time spent there. I left feeling part invigorated part exhausted and 100% ready to tackle the day. Great classes Fleur!!
Innerfit is a great gym in the innwest. The gym is clean well spaced out and full of equipment for all to benefit from. The staff are Friendly, well educated and the prices are totally reasonable for the quality service provided, there's also a wellness centre just down the road from the main gym.
I have to give a huge shout out and big wraps to Scott, Simone and the team at Innerfit. I was fortunate to have made a personal commitment to take a new direction with my health and fitness in January last year, before COVID disruption took over our lives. Whilst I've seen many people struggle during this time in many different ways (lots veering towards negative diet changes and weight gain), Innerfit powered through - even when the physical gym closed - and kept many of us on the right track.
