Extremely rude receptionist at the dental clininc who just picked up at 5pm on 15/7/24. Seriously considering cancelling all my appointments with this dental clinic. I started off speaking to her kindly and she just kept replying back rudely and cutting me off, until she finally slammed the phone down on me before i could finish. Embarrassing to have staff like this representing your centre. Definitely will ward off people coming to your clinic if it's their first time there and they come across this grumpy, rude person! Always has at least ten patients before you even at 7am doors open people are waiting in car park to try and get in fast . Doctors are good BUT it’s a turn n burn business ten minute consults are normal here pumping out patients too fast really if you have serious medical conditions DO NOT GO HERE .

No doubt the worst medical centre around here, this morning 29th of June at 9am I took my husband there and the receptionist said the waiting time was at least 1 hour, not only that there were only two doctors who were taking so long time between patients, after waiting for 1:30 min I asked the receptionist how many people were in front of us, mind you that by now she was saying that the waiting time was 2 hours, she said there were 12 people in front of me so I don’t think the 2 doctors could see 12 people in half an hour.... read more

Honestly don’t even bother. Between doctors not showing up causing the clinic to close early without any notice or cancelling appointments the day of because the doctor has decided to take 2 weeks leave, you’d be best off at an alternative practice. Ingleburn Medical Centre has long been my go to GP practice, developing good relationships with doctors. Ingleburn Medical and Dental Centre showcases remarkable hardworking team members, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Their dedication to their work definitely stands out. The downside, however, is the substantial waiting time, which typically lasts 1 to 2 hours. Although an area of improvement, the positive aspects still make a compelling case for a visit. Despite this drawback, the overall experience is commendable and worth considering.
