Dr. Wai I was a walk in patient to see Dr. Khin Myat Wai. I found her very helpful and kind. She really listened and cared for my well being!! I have subsequently been seeing here ever since, as do my wife and children. I would highly recommend Dr Wai!! Medical Centre The wait times can be long at the medical centre, though, hopefully that can be resolved in time. Physios I am also a patent of both physios. I really like them both, they are caring and personable.

Really disappointing! I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing experience at Ingleburn Medical Centre. Today (20/06/2024) I signed in at 1315Hrs and was informed there were 7 patients ahead of me. As of 1530Hrs I was told that there was still 7 patients ahead of me. Despite the considerable wait when I inquired again with the receptionist at 1620Hrs, I was given en estimate wait time and there was 8 patients ahead of me. Turned up for an appointment I booked about 3 weeks ago. A receptionist politely told me that that doctor doesn’t work here anymore and something about trying to cancel those appointments. Well I don’t have a message or a missed call or an email telling me this. I’ve paused my day to make it to this appointment. I was offered an appointment in an hours time which I can’t wait around for. Sadly not acceptable. The courteous thing would have been to contact me at least this morning.

I booked a telehealth call on tueday 23/12/25 for Friday 26/12/25, I waited till around 5pm and no phone call from the doctor, I then called the medical centre and was left on hold for 40 minutes, I was the first in the queue, I then pressed 1 for a call back, no call back, I just tried to ring again it was closed, im so angry this is not fair I made the appointment this needs to be rectified it was also within trading hours on both days.
