Really disappointing! I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing experience at Ingleburn Medical Centre. Today (20/06/2024) I signed in at 1315Hrs and was informed there were 7 patients ahead of me. As of 1530Hrs I was told that there was still 7 patients ahead of me. Despite the considerable wait when I inquired again with the receptionist at 1620Hrs, I was given en estimate wait time and there was 8 patients ahead of me. Deeply Disappointing and Rushed Consultation I would rate 0 if there was an option. I had one of the worst medical experiences of my life with Dr Subash Mawji today. The consultation lasted a maximum of two minutes. The doctor was rude, seemed completely uninterested, and did not listen to my concerns. I felt dismissed and rushed out of the door. I had a really disappointing experience at Ingleburn Medical and Dental Centre today(04/11/2025). My appointment with the nutritionist was at 3:40 pm. I arrived early (around 3:10) and asked the young receptionist if I could be seen sooner. She said there was one person ahead of me, which was fine. I even asked if I could reschedule, but when she said she could move it to tomorrow, I told her I’d rather just wait. The service is shit. You book a Telehealth at 3:20 due to being to sick to go in. Ring them at 4pm, get told Tele health doesn’t start to 4:30, wait to 5pm and on hold for 1 hour. Finally get through just to be told oh your Medicare card has expired and we don’t have a new one on file so bad luck no doctor will call you back. I asked the question why was i told when I called before? What a joke this is why everyone is sick. Wouldn’t use this service ever again.

Telehealth call/ Clinic did not call. Spoke to receptionist and they said as Id not been to doctors recently Telehealth was not applicable for me.- even though I was able to book the appointment. Appt was confirmed online twice as per the system set-up. I waited hours for a call that was never coming. There needs to be communication if the call if not going to happen. I made a phone booking to avoid the 3 hours sitting in a waiting room. Poor communication, seems redundant to have an online system that only does half a job.
