Really disappointing! I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing experience at Ingleburn Medical Centre. Today (20/06/2024) I signed in at 1315Hrs and was informed there were 7 patients ahead of me. As of 1530Hrs I was told that there was still 7 patients ahead of me. Despite the considerable wait when I inquired again with the receptionist at 1620Hrs, I was given en estimate wait time and there was 8 patients ahead of me. The doctors here are good and professional, but the time management is terrible. Even if you book an appointment in advance, you’ll still end up waiting much longer than expected. It feels like they don’t value other people’s time at all. The long delays and poor scheduling make every visit frustrating. I wish they would improve their appointment system — the medical care is good, but the waiting time really ruins the experience.

Telehealth call/ Clinic did not call. Spoke to receptionist and they said as Id not been to doctors recently Telehealth was not applicable for me.- even though I was able to book the appointment. Appt was confirmed online twice as per the system set-up. I waited hours for a call that was never coming. There needs to be communication if the call if not going to happen. I made a phone booking to avoid the 3 hours sitting in a waiting room. Poor communication, seems redundant to have an online system that only does half a job.

My review is off the reception at physio not the medical centre or doctors. The physiotherapists and doctors here are excellent; however, the reception service for the physio department needs improvement. On multiple occasions, I’ve tried to call and the phone is never answered, it just rings out and goes to voicemail. There have been times I’ve even called the dentist next door, who confirmed that the physio reception staff were at the desk, yet still not answering calls. Reason for 1 star is not because of the doctors as they are great but because of the way the centre runs now. I went in at 630pm on a Thursday after work as it was the only chance I have to be only turned away. I am need for a script for medication I can not go without and explained that to the receptionist who said I can't do anything about it, you'll have to come back tomorrow.
