Really disappointing! I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing experience at Ingleburn Medical Centre. Today (20/06/2024) I signed in at 1315Hrs and was informed there were 7 patients ahead of me. As of 1530Hrs I was told that there was still 7 patients ahead of me. Despite the considerable wait when I inquired again with the receptionist at 1620Hrs, I was given en estimate wait time and there was 8 patients ahead of me. Bring a portable chair, as the waiting times are excessively long you could easily finish watching a full-length movie before being seen by the doctor. I recently visited the centre and unfortunately had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I felt it was important to share so others are aware. I was a walk-in patient there for a regular check-up and also wanted to discuss a few other health concerns. To my surprise, I found the doctor Dr. Khin, with due respect to be extremely impatient. My family have been with this Centre for a decade and the doctor remembers my children's names and how they used to look back in the primary school. Even moving further from the area, I keep on coming back. I trust the doctors and staff, they are really great in what they do! The renovation recently done refreshed the place. Yes, it's getting more and more crowded, as this part of Sydney gets more populated. Maybe our favourite medical centre one day will get an extension and hire even more doctors to address it, if possible... read more
