Excellent service and prompt install of a 8kW solar system and battery. Everyone at “In Series” were only too willing to help, nothing was too much trouble. A couple of minor items I asked to be addressed were sorted out straight away, and all in all, I’m very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended.
In Series Electrical have just completed an off-grid solar installation for us and we couldn't be happier with them. From start to finish we didn't have to do anything. I would like to say I had a good experience but unfortunately I didn't. It all started out great with Bill selling us not so much on the system but the after install support and being part of the In Series family. The install went great with my partner saying the guys where very good but then came the problem. Bill said something would not be a problem but after I paid for the install I was lumped with an extra cost he said was out of his control but never the less, it left a sour taste in my mouth as it was not what was agr... read more
