Matt was very prompt to explain the service and offer us the opportunity to have a car dropped off tonight after hours. Shania kindly dropped off an SUV after we were involved in an accident that was not our fault. The vehicle is similar to the one written off, clean and detailed beautifully. Her professionalism and attention to detail were great, and she had empathy for our situation. I highly recommend .
Tonight we had the pleasure of working with Chris. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the service he was providing. I would highly recommend using these guys for all of your hire car needs. They were extremely time efficient. I crashed my car at 4:45 and had the rental car at my house at 7:40!!! One of the younger workers abused my mum the other week. She got rear ended and placed her trust in ‘Im in the right’ for a hire car. But after changing the delivery time more than four times due to a lack of communication between staff, she became increasingly frustrated as she had no car.
