Matt was very prompt to explain the service and offer us the opportunity to have a car dropped off tonight after hours. Shania kindly dropped off an SUV after we were involved in an accident that was not our fault. The vehicle is similar to the one written off, clean and detailed beautifully. Her professionalism and attention to detail were great, and she had empathy for our situation. I highly recommend .
