Brilliant business. George was spot on. Whole process only took 30 minutes. If process is completed prior on Website or initial contact will be 15 minutes. Never knew about this right of insurance claim. If yiu have an issue with claiming your right to car insurance and a car hire needed, this is the company you want to contact. Our vehicle was hit 2 days ago and I am in the right contacted us to organize a replacement vehicle. They were sooo fast and helpful. The whole process was so easy. The accident happend at 7am in the morning and by the same afternoon we were driving the hire car. They also understood that we needed a larger van and went out of their way to make sure the replacement car they sent us suited our needs.
