Terrible experience. I was charged $25.58 for tolls that were not incurred by me. The toll was clearly incurred by a staff member after they collected the vehicle, not by me. What makes this worse is that they did not even contact me to verify or request payment. Instead, they simply used my card details already on file to withdraw the amount without any due diligence. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING service!! Contacted them after and accident with my van, I was not at fault, and within hours I had a van dropped on my driveway. Clean and tidy, 2 years old vehicle. Got me back on the road and working again the very next day. Easy and efficient process, quick check in, quick checkout. Couldn't recommend any higher Thank you Jayade and Emily Awesome team.

Having to get your car repaired is always a massive inconvenience. But this morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Jayde Fozzard from I'm in the right. What an amazing experience so far, after being in my first crash in my brand new Audi, I was so worried about what that meant for my 1 hour drive to work each day. With just a phone call I was looked after with a replacement, they covered my Uber back to the office which was a 45 drive, and gave me a brand new bmw of the same size to use until I got my car back, it’s been almost 2 months since the crash and my car is still not finished with repairs, they have been a life saver.
