RecommendedWe went with i-inspect for our building and pest inspection and found that Sam was great. He was very thorough with his work, polite, and gave us a courtesy call shortly after the inspection. I'll definitely be using his service again in the future.
Sam was nice and friendly and did a good job but admitted his knowledge of Engineered timber floorings was not great. The unit had engineered timber flooring throughout and after just under 3 years it did not look as one would expect.
