I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an investment property with Lisa & Lee acting as the agents. They were consistently responsive at a busy time of year, and were always available to answer any queries. Their dedication did not go unnoticed, and they were both extremely professional and diligent. I cannot recommend them enough.
We rented a property through sammi and Gemma from house property and they were amazing property managers. Nothing was ever a problem, we had a plumbing problem and these lovely girls had a plumber out on the same day. Unfortunately due to my husband getting sick , we had to break our lease after only 6 months. Gemma and sammi were so understanding and extremely helpful with our move. They are the best real estate I've come across. Taighan was my property manager and always made sure what had to be done was done. House reality are very respectful and friendly I would recommend them to anyone.
We were tenants with House and dealt with Taighan and Phoebe. We found them friendly to deal with, quick with communication, and just all round friendly and helpful. Our lease just finished, and everything was wrapped up within 48 hours which is super impressive. The house was also sold while we were there and we dealt with Troy for that. Also friendly, and super communicative keeping us up to date and working with us to find times that were suitable. Great job guys! Hope our new real estate proves to be as great!
Kelly is amazing. I live in Victoria so I need a Property Manager to stay in touch and be my eyes and ears. Kelly did just this. She kept in constant communication, always happy and always did more than expected. I would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone needing a property manager.
