Greg knows everything that’s required for a bikefit. He explained clearly and was patient in answering all the questions I threw at him. I now feel like I’m able to ride better thanks to the adjustments. Highly recommended!
Greg was recommended to me for post op physio after a hip replacement. I had been disappointed with physio services before surgery and in the hospital. This was a totally different positive experience. After the main recovery I have continued with pilates classes and feel fitter and stronger. I have had most of my sessions with Greg, Adam or Ellen who are all great but have discovered all the staff are excellent if I go to a class at a different time. It is a great friendly team.
Greg’s attention to detail for a bike fit is amazing. Was able to diagnose differences in my foot posture index and provided a cleat wedge. Also got a huge improvement in my form on the bike. Only thing he couldn’t fix (no fault of Greg’s) was the stem length on my Canyon cockpit which could possibly be a bit shorter and could tell that on a long ride but have just completed (almost) 400 km in two days and survived so good job Greg.
I have going to Horizon Physio now for about a year. I first saw Greg, owner and senior physio for chronic tendonitis, after several yrs of physio previously. I felt I needed a new perspective and treatment. Greg, was amazing. In only a short time with correct loading exercises I managed to sleep without taking any meds for the first time in years. Thanks Greg and team. Booked in for my first formal bike fit ever both for my MTB and commute road bike. Why did I wait so long. The change to the amount of power I can place through the pedal now is such an improvement and times have already come down on my regular commute. I also threw in an added challenge to Greg in that I only have 90 deg movement in my right knee due to a severe injury in my teens.
