Ideal experience dealing with Greg and the Horizon Physio team. I was recommended to see Greg for an injury I had sustained riding a borrowed bike that was not fitted to me for a 300km training weekend - an injury that had me worried as I was cycling 700km from Albany to Perth in just over a month. After complaining of a painful neck to a fellow colleague and biker he recommended Greg at Horizon for physio and a bikefit. Not thinking my bike was a problem, as it was already comfortable, I was surprised and impressed at the attention to detail that Greg gave to ensuring my bike was both physically and mechanically the best fit to get the most out its use. Greg took his time talking through any changes he made to the position I had on the bike. His expertise was highlighted in the minute, but significant changes he made to my clear position. Highly recommend.
Went to Horizon Physio to see Greg for a double bike fit on a road bike and tt bike. Both feel so much better to ride and output a lot more power. Would highly recommend very professional and thorough.
Ellen and the rest of the horizon team have been amazing! Throughout my pregnancy aches and pains they have guided me through pregnancy safe exercise allowing me to continue working out up to 38 weeks! Definitely would recommend for any expecting mums who want to feel empowered and active.
