Couldn't recommend Greg enough. He sorted out my bike fit so I can ride pain-free, and he’s been brilliant at guiding me through rehab for chronic back pain. Super knowledgeable, calm, and clear with his exercise plan.
I’ve been attending Ellen’s Mums & Bubs circuit classes which are absolutely brilliant. Ellen is so knowledgeable and attentive and goes out of her way to make the class both fun and effective. It’s been a great way to recover and get fit again post childbirth. There are always lots of extra hands on deck (including Ellen’s) to help look after the babies so that the Mums can focus on their exercise! 10/10 would recommend!
Very informative and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and understanding. Greg Kerr is THE go-to rowing Physio. He knows everything about treatments and recovery protocols with all things rowing. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the process with Greg.
I’ve been attending Horizon Physio FUMO classes for over three years, and they have made a significant difference to my strength and mobility. Been coming here for 3 years now and without fail the care is exceptional. Multiple injuries across high intensity sport and have resolved them quickly through good exercises and their use of laser, ultrasound and massage, things you don’t normally expect from a physio. The team is so friendly and awesome as well.
