Not stingy or money focused like many other vets, genuine caring vets, take time and accommodate all clients
This is a very efficient veterinary surgery. Got in for an appointment on a Saturday when everyone else was booked up, and that's great. What I felt they might've lacked in that though is a bit of the personal care, they weren't impolite, just efficient. Price was on par with other vets, and likely I'll go back.
Holden Hill Vets are run by Christian and his wife, Fran. Even though they are not the closest Vet to us we would not take our two cats and our dog anywhere else. We receive such a personalised service from them and they know our animals and care for them so well we would never stray (pardon the pun) to another Vet. They even take in lost/injured animals - we got our second cat, Polly, from them.
