Very friendly and polite, very knowledgeable, and very attentive and understanding, with lots of patience to listen, wanting to help and give the very best service, and to work with me to formulate a treatment plan which best fits into my work schedule and life commitments, to achieve the very best outcome for me. I feel comfortable and confident with her, and very happy to have her look after me and my complex health issues. Thank you Sophie.
