Rented some fencing while we built a new home for 18 months, I always paid on time ,I contacted them to come and collect it, didn’t show on the date booked called back to be told no other jobs in the area that day which is fine again didn’t show by the end of that week, following week Mon now show Tues no show so left a message to ask when they were coming, called me back a few hours later tells me that he just berated his own guys because I left a message , I said to him no need to do that, no biigy, was abrupt on the phone... read more

Absolutely abhorrent service from Jenny in the office. No contact that they were coming, then blaming me for not being home. My insurance company made me use them after a drunk driver crashed into my yard, Go elsewhere, do not call them. Your “24/7 make safe” is not true when you laugh and tell me it’ll take 2 weeks before you can get it there. Huffing and puffing on the phone is not what customer service is about.

My builder went into liquidation and I contacted in the hopes of keeping the fencing up to ensure my site is secure until I am able to find another builder. The man I spoke to advised me to request a quote on the website to organise this. When I checked the site after this, they had come and removed the excess fencing (there were extra panels as some permanent fencing has gone up in the meantime), they had also fixed up the clips holding the fencing in place to ensure it is secure. Really happy with the service!
