DO NOT TRUST these people with your home. They are incapable of managing property. For 2 years they failed to run routine inspections. Failed to provide notice for inspections despite 5 requests to do so. As a result there was so much damage to the property I was left out of pocket because I had to do the repairs myself. They also failed to advise a change in tenancy therefore providing an outdated lease whilst I had complete strangers in my house.
