Very disappointing and unprofessional experience deserves a zero star. Our offer was accepted and we paid a deposit in good faith. Despite this, the property was later sold to another buyer without giving us any opportunity to increase our offer or continue negotiations. As a result, we incurred unnecessary costs, including conveyancing fees, and experienced a significant waste of time for both ourselves and our conveyancer.
