I've been a tenant at one of Hiltons Parkes properties for several years now and I am thoroughly pleased with the wonderful receptionist Lyndell. Lyndell has in that time been an excellent receptionist/property officer always responding to my queries promptly and fulfilling them to expectations. I have had no dramas or grievances to speak of. If I could give MINUS 3 stars I would. By far the worst Real Estate agency I have ever had to deal with. Extremely unprofessional customer service.
