I've been a tenant at one of Hiltons Parkes properties for several years now and I am thoroughly pleased with the wonderful receptionist Lyndell. Lyndell has in that time been an excellent receptionist/property officer always responding to my queries promptly and fulfilling them to expectations. I have had no dramas or grievances to speak of. I would give 0 stars if I would. Raj allows his landlords to bully you & knowingly breaks the tenancy act. Asked me to leave without penalty after I put in maintenance requests. Then tried to charge me a break lease fee for moving under DV circumstances. Tried to charge me $300 to clean a bath that the landlord had already ripped out. There is no money in the world that would ever make me rent through this company again.
