How do you like those Apples . We purchased this property within a few days being on the market . Most easiest sale for the salesperson . The one that have a photo of at the market place . Forgotten his name . I just ignore it . 1st Attempt was to get more money from us than the asking price . So we put 1000 more and luckily the owner accepted the offer .
