I contacted Hiles Plumbing on 27the December 2023 concerning a blocked drain, not a good time of the year. , Lachie reached out to me immediately and arrangements were made for him to attend our home, which he did the following morning at the allotted time. He assessed the job straight away and returned later that day with another plumber and with the appropriate equipment. Within no time the drain was unblocked. Lockie was amazing. Could answer all my questions and provide alternatives to the problem that halved the previous quotes given. The job was completed quickly and worked perfectly. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He even did additional jobs. Will certainly be the first call I make next time I have plumbing problems!
