Our toddler started at this lovely childcare 3 weeks ago and the educators have been so supportive and caring to her. It’s great that the center opens until 6:30pm and the fees cover dinners as well. Extremely helpful for busy parents like us.
Kinder haven has a great orientation process. Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Has a great app to keep parents up to date throughout the day which helps with any anxiety or worries (especially in the early days when your child/children first start attending). Kinder haven has been a fantastic daycare for our daughter. She has been attending for 2years. The educators have reassurance to make our daughter feel safe and loved always . We love seeing on the app the photos, updates and all the extra activities while being at the centre. She has exceeded, learnt so much and become more confident interacting with both other children and other adults. I am extremely happy with the service from Highpoint Kinder Haven. From the moment we joined, it truly felt like a family. The staff are incredibly caring and nurturing creating a warm and inviting environment for the children. I highly recommend this Daycare/Kinder to any parent looking for a place for their little one!
Our two kids have been going to Kinder Haven Highpoint, and they love the educators and the centre. The educators here have been an absolute blessing, and some of them have been here for a long time now which is amazing. We are so thankful to Gene, Jess, Emma, Kristy, Reema, Jyoti, Shreem, Quyn,Tuk (each and every one of them) for all their care and hard work. The only reason for 3 stars is the infrastructure.
