I have found a wonderful GP in Dr Vraaj, he listens to his patients, he cares and he explains things very clearly. Booking online is easy, I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment. I have never felt rushed in appointments. The overall service is smooth, reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility is very well resourced.
The service was great. The staff was polite. Just one thing I was concerned for the staffs health. There was a ventilation vent that was absolutely littered with dust. On the walls everywhere. No opening windows in that tiny room. Concerned for staffs respiratory health. Needs to get attended to ASAP. It was in the Dorevitch Pathology room where blood test are done on the ground level.
Been coming to this practise for almost 10 years now. Dr Peter is amazing but have had to book other docs once in a while due to urgent appointments needed and would never ever schedule one with Dr Ann Kearney. Bub injured her wrist and we suspected a fracture. Waited for a whole Hour and left without meeting her. I suspect she wasn't in at all. Checked at reception 3 times . Got a same day appointment, was seen approx 15mins after my appointment time which is pretty good for a doctor. Dr and reception staff were friendly. Does need more parking for the size of the centre though. Other than that it was a good clinic. You pay on arrival so can just leave straight after you see the doc which is nice and easy.
Stopped coming here years ago due to it being hit or miss with getting good care from the doctors. I came back due to needing a doctor for my daughter on a weekend against my better judgement and now have a daughter who is petrified of taking the prescribed medication due to him hurting her by shoving a swab up right up her nose without any warning and then chuckling about it when she cried out in pain so now she associates pain with anything that will make her feel better including basic Panadol.
