I would not recommend coming here. I am currently waiting over an hour for an appointment. Here with two kids. They should be messaging patients prior to them attending to let them know how late the doctor is running so we don’t have to sit here for hours on end. Absolute joke
I'm fed up with this clinic. I come here consistently because it's the closest and most convenient, but EVERY single time, even when I arrive 10 minutes early, I end up waiting over 2 HOURS. I'm stuck in a chair listening to babies cry and the elderly cough up theirs lungs. It's ridiculous. Manage your schedules better instead of overlapping appointments just to cram in as many patients and make as much money as possible. We're not oranges to be squeezed. It's cruel. Worse medical practice ever. I wouldn’t give them even a single star if I could. Every single time without exception, Ive arrived on time to my appointments and despite this, I have to wait for hours to then have a very poor quality medical service. The consults are very short, they tend to kick you out in 15 min and if you extend they charge you more. They basically constantly over book the practice to offer the doctors the greatest number of appointments so they can make $ but they don’t care about the patients. People ca... read more
I have been coming here for a few years. Like any medical centre sometimes I have to wait a bit longer to see my doctor, but the reception staff are always friendly and helpful if I go and ask how long. The doctors I see are very helpful and knowledgeable, I cant always get in with my regular doctor when I need to see a doctor. I love that I can go downstairs for any imaging, pathology and scripts... very handy that it's all in one spot.
Dr Mar Mar is the worst doctor I saw. I spent lots of money and traveled long distance to check my Iron. But my Iron is not checked on my tests and I don't know how she said my Iron is great!! I checked my results with 2 other doctors and they proved that there is not Iron checked at all! I waste my time and money. She don't care about patients and don't let them to talk as well.
