Dr amir masoudi is one of best GP i ever found in Australia.i tried so many in last 18years. Whenever I seen him after my problem or sickness. His suggestion, meditation, guidance always work perfectly. He saved me and my family so many times. Dr Alphonsa William is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. I rarely visit the GP and attended this appointment simply to obtain a referral. Despite this being a straightforward request, she refused to provide one and instead told me I would need to return with options before she would consider referring me. 16.11.25 - My five star rating is for the nurse I deal with on Wednesday morning: Palita. I visited Pathology on Tuesday afternoon as instructed by the doctor. The nurse on duty that afternoon was horrid. She was rude and didn't communicate with me very well at all. I waited for approx 30 minutes only to be told she would not take my bloods. My first experience was very good, my second experience was poor. I am told that doctors will not provide any pathology results (as a blanket rule, regardless of what the results show) unless I make (and pay for) an appointment
