Poor bedside manner and attention to my symptoms or concerns. Focused almost entirely on my history rather than addressing my current symptoms and reason for the appointment. Had to wait close to 30 minutes and no acknowledgement of the wait when I was seen. Also the receptionist was pretty much yelling when signing people in. Didn’t make for a very calm environment or discretion when discussing peoples personal situation and details.

I've been coming to HMDC for 10 years and still see the same GP. They are a fee for service clinic, that has a Medicare rebate so the cost is still affordable. You can book online and they have long opening hours. There are lots of Doctors to choose from, so you can always get to see a Doctor on the day. They offer a wide range of different services and well worth checking out! I highly recommend this group if you need a friendly, reliable service. Go online and check them out on Halo GP.

I will think twice about choosing this clinic gain. I had an appointment booked at 3. Showed up early and my first interaction was to be given a pay terminal, with no advice about the fees or rebate process. After an hour wait I followed up, was told to take a seat. Waited another 30 mins, followed up again and was then told my doctor was not answering or contactable. Presumably my doctor had left the clinic for the day. Worse medical practice ever. I wouldn’t give them even a single star if I could. Every single time without exception, Ive arrived on time to my appointments and despite this, I have to wait for hours to then have a very poor quality medical service. The consults are very short, they tend to kick you out in 15 min and if you extend they charge you more. They basically constantly over book the practice to offer the doctors the greatest number of appointments so they can make $ but they don’t care about the patients. People ca... read more

Dr Vraj is a delight to work with. I have been on the search for a GP that is able to provide key insights, thorough in detail but simple to understand also. Not only that, but his attentiveness and compassion shown when he listens to your concerns is exceptional. He is a master of his craft and deserves every credit towards his practice. Lastly I also dealt with a lovely receptionist that was kind and helpful throughout. They don’t deserve enough acknowledgment when you have the nasty patients coming through. They are ... read more
