I have been coming here for a few years. Like any medical centre sometimes I have to wait a bit longer to see my doctor, but the reception staff are always friendly and helpful if I go and ask how long. The doctors I see are very helpful and knowledgeable, I cant always get in with my regular doctor when I need to see a doctor. I love that I can go downstairs for any imaging, pathology and scripts... very handy that it's all in one spot.
Dr Levy was extremely knowledgeable and very caring. His bedside manner was attentive and also making my experience comfortable. His assistant was also lovely and they both made me feel at ease with a consultation. Nothing was too much trouble Doctor Levy was also willing to take my call after hours and on the weekends I Rate him 10 out of 10 and Highly recommend him, No hesitation.
I have been a regular patient at this clinic for the past 9 years. Unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined over the past year. Today, I experienced a particularly frustrating situation: after waiting for over an hour, I discovered that my appointment had not been entered into the system. The receptionist assured me she would notify the doctor to see me next, but this did not happen, and other patients were called ahead of me. I went to my local skin doctor, Dr Johnny Levy for a skin check yesterday , he took care of a couple of small spots quickly and efficiently. In the past he has removed a problem cancer on my ear with great results! I thoroughly recommend him. More importantly he is not one just for chopping bits out for the sake of it, a brilliant, learned Doctor.
I have been a client of Highett Medical Centre since its formation. I have always received courteous service and support from all of the staff. I visited today to see a Doctor who I have known for thirty years - voila, care and attention his foremost interest.
