Dr Alphonsa William is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. I rarely visit the GP and attended this appointment simply to obtain a referral. Despite this being a straightforward request, she refused to provide one and instead told me I would need to return with options before she would consider referring me. During my appointment, she answered a phone call relating to a weight-loss injection. A professional practice where I get most of my routine health needs taken care of; GP monitoring, skin checks, pathology and imaging, and some pharmacy. Very friendly, convenient, and my GP is interested, caring and thoughtful (thanks Peter Schuijers). This applies to many of the other GPs I've seen there when mine was unavailable.
16.11.25 - My five star rating is for the nurse I deal with on Wednesday morning: Palita. I visited Pathology on Tuesday afternoon as instructed by the doctor. The nurse on duty that afternoon was horrid. She was rude and didn't communicate with me very well at all. I waited for approx 30 minutes only to be told she would not take my bloods.
