Everyone’s experience may differ, but for me, my visit with Tony, the practice nurse, was reassuring. He was approachable and took the time to thoroughly document my care plan, ensuring all my needs were addressed. After our discussion, I feel confident in the care provided by my doctor, Dr. William.
Good experience when facing health issues. Dr Seyed Hassan Aleyasin always provides thorough friendly service, asks questions and gives good advice. It’s difficult to get an appointment because this clinic is very popular, I need to usually book the day beforehand.
Waiting almost 90 minutes after my allotted appointment time is unacceptable. In the end I walked out. My time is valuable too. Keep my payment for appointment. I will look for a GP that can manage their schedule and not try and cram as many patients as possible to maximise income.
I saw Amy the practice nurse to discuss my care plan. She was easy to talk to and very thorough in documenting my needs. I always find my doctor (Dr William)and the receptionists efficient and caring.
Came here to do a drug & alcohol test as a requirement for an upcoming job, although waited more than 1.25 hours all to take a sample and do a breath test, all because there was no communication with the reception. The original receptionist at the desk to the right had told me to go to the desk to the left, sign in and wait to be called. The assessor later told me, there was no communication from the receptionist from the left to the one to the right, therefore my name hadn't been listed as "signed in" in the correct area. ... read more
