Dr Baan attended to the reasons for the visit fully. Her manner gives me confidence that she will attend to my health needs as they occur. The administration staff were also courteous and helpful.
Shocking. I made an appointment to see a doctor I'd seen previously and it was cancelled and rescheduled with another doctor. Then I received another phone call saying that doctor had also cancelled, so I would need to be rescheduled for two days time. I said no, I need to see a doctor today and was finally given an appointment with Dr Menon. I've never encountered a doctor so rude and dismissive before. From booking the appointment to walking out of the clinic, everything was smooth and simple. The dr I saw was attentive and asked all the right questions. The receptionist made sure I was aware of the fees payable before the appointment. The clinic was clean a spacious.
Very busy surgery. The staff are under constant pressure & are very patient when dealing with rude patients who jump queues & turn up for appointments a hour early. I often feel like I receive the bare minimum in consultation. I got what I went there for but the Dr didn’t bother to ask me anything or offer to take my blood pressure which I think is basic doctor stuff.
Saw Dr Imelda Te for a Mental Care Plan and first thing she said was you need to book a double appointment - despite me booking half an hour before and seeing she had appointments available for the entire day. Money hungry and don’t care about patients. If you are charging an out of pocket then you need to have a better level of care. Will never come back here
