My Dr is fantastic but the reception staff are unfriendly, they don’t smile, they look like they hate working there. It’s written all over their faces & body language. Do you think this poor behaviour & countenance goes unnoticed? One particular young female staff maybe in her 20’s or early 30’s has been, on more than one occasion rather condescending & unprofessional to me, a 56 yr old lady. Doctor is wonderful. Caring and efficient. Phone system is frustrating. Wait. Leave call back. Get call back automated and asked to Wait again. You go into a techno cycle. Staff are great but the auto tele system needs to be improved.
I had stopped visiting the clinic 6 years ago because of I experienced racism from the rude receptionist and abuse from one of the ex doctors. THANK GOD that doctor and very rude receptionist are gone. The new receptionist are professional and very helpful. I take my mother to see her new doctor there now we both feel safer and more relaxed without having to deal with such rudeness and nastiness.
Im extremely lucky that I found Dr Thomas Vaiopoulos as my gp. My whole family now sees him, including my children, his an amazing Dr, caring, understanding and most important very thorough. Excellent with kids and knows how to make you feel at ease with, whatever your situation is. His incredible and the staff are lovely too, I’ve never had 1 problem over the years going there. Thankyou for taking such great of my family. Definitely very highly recommend also a bonus for Greek speaking patients :)
My telehealth appointment was cancelled without my being notified, despite calling half an hour after the original appointment time and being told the doctor was just running late and would call me soon. I only found out when I called a second time two and a half hours after my appointment and was told that it had been cancelled.
