My regular GP was unavailable, so I tried this clinic as it is closer to home. I honestly wanted to give 1 star, but I appreciate that the clinic offers bulk billing, especially on Saturdays, so I gave 3 stars. My husband went to see Dr Frank Marano there yesterday as his sister has breast cancer and his mother and sister carry the gene. He was instructed and we researched that he should get testing to ensure. The doctor told him that there's NO SUCH THING AS BREAST CANCER IN MEN!! And sent him to get a prostate exam. My husband was so taken aback by this he forgot to get a medical certificate needed for his work. He now has to take more time off work to request this again!!! Dr Sally is an exceptional GP and a genuinely caring person. She always takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients’ wellbeing — she goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported and understood. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such kindness and compassion. I feel very lucky to have her as my GP and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares!
I have been a frequent visitor and have consistently received good service; however, during the past three weeks (specifically from October 22nd to the present), I encountered a receptionist whose conduct was unpleasant and lacking in kindness. I have been to this clinic a few times. Doctors are good but reception desk are not so friendly. I booked an appointment for my kid. However when I arrived there, the reception desk told me the appointment was not there although it was confirmed on hot doc. I have no choice but took my kid home.
