I’m not sure who is managing this practice but the way I was spoken to by the receptionist who moved my appointment and then answered the phone when I advised I was running a few minutes late made me feel very very concerned about how vulnerable older patients might be treated at this clinic. Zero compassion, zero warmth, quick to advise that I might not be seen at all (I was 8 minutes late and called to advise of this), cold and heartless delivery. You work in health care! The physiotherapist Hemajith Prabhath at this clinic is truly amazing. They offered a wide variety of techniques and exercises that worked for my issue. They are sensitive, informed, caring and made me feel 100% comfortable. Am grateful!
Medical Receptionists are always super friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. They ease the stress of waiting and of the unknown with their patience, friendly communication and willing to help. Love visiting this medical centre.
Dr Sally Tossoun would receive 5 stars, she has been excellent. Have seen a few of the other drs as well and have no complaints. Usually there's quite a long wait but that's not the drs fault, if anything it means they're being thorough so always make sure I have time to wait. The nurses have all been great. The lower rating is due to the fact that you can't call the clinic as has been pointed out by others. Have been on hold for an hour before giving up or the calls have just been disconnected. I was initially nervous about visiting High St Medical and Dental after Dr. De Banks absence, as I'd always felt comfortable under her care. However, Dr. Gao has been incredibly supportive and understanding, quickly putting my worries at ease. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to address any and all questions with patience and compassion, which has made a huge difference for me.
