Dr Farinaz Mehtari was very thorough and ordered tests straight away. Asked questions to gain knowledge on what was going on. Reception was lovely and very helpful. Imaging clinic staff and Pathology were lovely and really comforting to see. Not a long wait time at all and was quiet. I will definitely be coming to this clinic from now on.
I’m not sure who is managing this practice but the way I was spoken to by the receptionist who moved my appointment and then answered the phone when I advised I was running a few minutes late made me feel very very concerned about how vulnerable older patients might be treated at this clinic. Zero compassion, zero warmth, quick to advise that I might not be seen at all (I was 8 minutes late and called to advise of this), cold and heartless delivery. You work in health care! I have been patient with Hight street and Dental more than Ten years today I was disappointed because I had appointment with my doctor and receptionist said last time you spend more 10 minutes so you have outstanding amount to while I paid 70 plus dollars if I spend less than 10 minutes I am still paying 70 plus dollars you guys are not saying we have to pay back because you were here less than 10 minutes also last time no one told me I had outstanding amount. After getting denied care from Northern Eipping hospital for several abnormal pain, i went to see Dr Farinaz Mehtari who I've only seen a couple times. During my consultation, she was the only one who listened to me, my pain and frustration. Dr Farinaz Mehtari put in a referral for a different hospital and I got the care I needed. I am so thankful for your help on that day and all the care I have received from you .. highly recommend 👌
Medical Receptionists are always super friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. They ease the stress of waiting and of the unknown with their patience, friendly communication and willing to help. Love visiting this medical centre.
