I was initially nervous about visiting High St Medical and Dental after Dr. De Banks absence, as I'd always felt comfortable under her care. However, Dr. Gao has been incredibly supportive and understanding, quickly putting my worries at ease. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to address any and all questions with patience and compassion, which has made a huge difference for me. We recently changed to High St Medical and Dental for our family GP and we think they are fantastic. The doctors are very knowledgeable and patient and give great care to our kids and us. The hours of the clinic are great and it’s accessible for booking appointments
The new physio at high at medical is great! Very thorough, took a lot of time to explain answers to my questions properly and really made an impact in just one session! Will be coming back
I went to just see Dr. Imelda Te she had a sook because we reached the 10minute mark of our consultancy, Not to mention we had an appointment and made me wait for an extra 35 minutes. Once we finalised the meeting I went to reception to finalise the payment, to only find out that Dr. Imelda Te decided to charge double for the consultation. I went there for a referral to see a dermatologist and a podiatrist. She didn't even give me any medical advice/ doctor wisdom. She literally charged me double for administration work. G... read more
