We recently changed to High St Medical and Dental for our family GP and we think they are fantastic. The doctors are very knowledgeable and patient and give great care to our kids and us. The hours of the clinic are great and it’s accessible for booking appointments
My Dr is fantastic but the reception staff are unfriendly, they don’t smile, they look like they hate working there. It’s written all over their faces & body language. Do you think this poor behaviour & countenance goes unnoticed? One particular young female staff maybe in her 20’s or early 30’s has been, on more than one occasion rather condescending & unprofessional to me, a 56 yr old lady. Doctor is wonderful. Caring and efficient. Phone system is frustrating. Wait. Leave call back. Get call back automated and asked to Wait again. You go into a techno cycle. Staff are great but the auto tele system needs to be improved.
The recepcionista although in training was exceptionally caring and attentive. We had a confusing situation regarding overseas insurance and she was beyond helpful. I notice she Is very warm with the other patients:)
I had stopped visiting the clinic 6 years ago because of I experienced racism from the rude receptionist and abuse from one of the ex doctors. THANK GOD that doctor and very rude receptionist are gone. The new receptionist are professional and very helpful. I take my mother to see her new doctor there now we both feel safer and more relaxed without having to deal with such rudeness and nastiness.
