Our experience with Tim Heavyside from the first interview to the final sales process was really such a professional and stress free experience Tim’s superior knowledge of the market, his insight into how to market and sell the property and who our buyer would be was such an asset. Also his relationships with the right team stylists etc.. really helped Tim’s auctioneering skills were fabulous. He really put a lot of effort on the day and we achieved a great result.
Paige from Heavyside was helpful from the beginning of the process to help our Daughter purchase this flat. She was a fair negotiator, efficient with great communication. Post sale she has also been very helpful. I would engage her in the future for a property sale as she was detailed and helpful I think for both parties when it came to closing the deal.
