Couldn’t be happier. Tim is the ultimate professional. Extremely passionate which is uplifting for a seller and naturally connects and builds rapport with people. This is evident in how he conducts his auctions to deliver outstanding results. We had great support from the entire Heavyside team, back office, marketing (did a great job in presenting our property) and sales (thanks Wendy and Paige).

I was exceptionally happy with the level of communication and the professional conduct of he and his team.
