We purchased a brand new Suzuki car but after a while, the reverse camera could no longer be viewed on the radio dashboard. We thought it wouldn’t be much of a big deal because we were told that it only needed to be replaced. But this took a total of 8 plus months, 9 visits to get the car serviced AND 5 cameras and radio systems in total! After an official complaint to the main Suzuki branch and on the 9th visit, the camera and radio system finally got fixed. I have experienced a series of extremely disappointing and frustrating interactions with Heartland Suzuki Service Center, which I believe reflect poorly on the Suzuki brand as a whole. Firstly, I encountered an issue with the accuracy of their service records. Heartland Suzuki reported to Suzuki Australia that my car had missed the 70,000 and 80,000 kilometer services.
