Got my new car much quicker than the usual waiting time. Daniel looked out for me and when a match was available he called me for first option. Thank you for their patience, holding the car for 5-6 weeks as I tried to fast-track the financing, and they still had it fitted and ready the day before the Christmas shutdown. 🎁
Their customer service is excellent every time I have been. I waited for my car to have some warranty issues checked and the air con in the office was cold (was not working). I was offered a brand new Mitsubishi puff jacket to keep warm and was offer to keep it. Very much appreciated. Well done Heartland made my day.
2 weeks ago I went looking for an ASX! Robert helped me find a car that was in stock and explained everything clearly.. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and looked after me through the whole process! I picked up the car today! I will recommend heartland and Robert to anyone looking to buy a new car! Take my 2 cents: Never buy any Mitsubishi vehicles. Full of faults , vehicles I bought was top of the line outlander.its just 18 months old. Issues: 1. Sunroof started making sound. 2. Car boot got stuck and car was grounded for days. Then to my surprise I took my vehicle for my boot issues and manager jerry refused to book me in. Go for any other maker but not Mitsubishi. 0 Stars. Save Yourself the Time and Never-Ending Frustration. After more than 10 trips to Heartland 'Service,' a media unit warranty issue remained unresolved. Despite constant pursuit of the service department to fix an echoing issue when making phone calls in my 1.5-year-old Triton, it took several months and approximately 5 trips to finally have the head unit replaced, and the echo was gone.
