Unfortunately we haven't met Abhi who has great reactions by buyers. Very bad service. Happened few times. I now have 2 Mitsubishi vehicles bought from other centres. I live in castle hills this place was my first choice. But you guys have a trend to chase the customers away. Please work on it seriously. Bad lazy customer service.
Highly professional, pleasant and efficient. We had an excellent experience with Abhi, when my daughter bought a brand new car from Heartland Mitsubishi. They had several of the vehicle she wanted already in stock to choose from for immediate purchase and delivery. The vehicle was ready for collection in a few days. Since it was my daughter’s first large purchase, Abhi set up a special presentation for the collection which made it a nice occasion. Much appreciated. Highly recommended.
I recently visited heartland castle hill and meet Abhi to purchase a new car . Abhi was incredibly attentive and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs and showed me several options within my budget.
Got my new car much quicker than the usual waiting time. Daniel looked out for me and when a match was available he called me for first option. Thank you for their patience, holding the car for 5-6 weeks as I tried to fast-track the financing, and they still had it fitted and ready the day before the Christmas shutdown. 🎁
