Jake & the team at Healthy mates have helped me for years now when it comes to getting my body right for vigorous fitness endeavours. Such an awesome environment to enter, one in which I have always felt comfortable entering as a patient. I could not reccomend both jake and the entire physio team any higher.
Very disappointed for my first day experience. We are now in a society of times doesn’t matter. Appointment was for 2.30 pm and at 2.40pm I was asked into a cubical. Within 20 minutes I was examined, shown exercises and paid on my way out. Once in the cubical I was asked what can I do to help. I have been seeing the team at Healthy Mates since 2017 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jake and his team are extremely dedicated, friendly and provide a great range of services all in the one place. 😀
Very happy with the staff and program set at Healthy Mates. Fairly new to Healthy mates but feel comfortable attending and doing the program set for me.
Attending all water therapies at Healthy Mates provides you with an invigorating and beneficial experience They have wonderful , energetic physiotherapists who make the classes enjoyable I would recommend attending classes to enhance your health
