We leave our daughter at Headstart each day knowing that she is very well cared for, nurtured and all her needs are attended to. The admin staff are absolute gems - greeting you like you’re old friends. Then all the educators we have worked with to date have been phenomenal. You know full well that they care for the children, are happy to make adjustments per parents requests and will raise any concerns with you. Could not fault the centre 👌
We are heading into our 3rd year with Headstart and it has been an absolute joy to be apart of this centre. Our kids are loving being there each day and have the most amazing time! The educators are exceptional in every day and are always going above and beyond for the children they care for.
I appreciate the amount of passion each educator and management are about ensuring each, and every child that comes to their service feels safe, supported, respected, nurtured and cared for. My family and I have been made feel as thou we are an extension to their family. Each learning environment is set up in a way that offer all children with endless opportunities for exploring , learning and achieving their individual best. Our daughter commenced at Headstart at 11 months old and I can honestly say the entire experience from an initial tour, enrolment, through to orientation and then full days of care has been such a positive experience. The educators are so so amazing, their care for each child's wellbeing and development is so evident as is their passion to connect with and see each child thrive.
