I came to Chris Ward with a complicated knee injury in September 2024. Chris’ advice, knowledge, treatment and recommendation have been well structured and considered. The knee injury was a complicated meniscus tear which occurred in the 90’s. Great first experience at Hawthorn Physiotherapy Clinic, highly recommend. I appreciated the warm welcome of the reception staff at the outset, especially with them managing to find my x-ray online that I had forgotten! Chris then took the time to listen to all my concerns, and with an obvious wealth of knowledge, provide the most appropriate treatment!! Now I just need to stick to the exercise program!
Having trained and worked as a physiotherapist, I thought I’d be able to self-manage my injury (hip flexor tendinitis). After a year of my own efforts, with no improvement, I finally sought help. Chris assessed and diagnosed the problem and treated it effectively. After 7 weeks I’m now nearly pain free and anticipating complete recovery with full function in the near future. Thank you, Chris!
This was my first experience at Hawthorn Physiotherapy Clinic, and I cannot rate it highly enough. I was treated like a Queen and Dom was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and why he needed to do it and I came away in much less pain and feeling very happy.
