I could not recommend Tim and his team more. In the last month, Tim helped refinance our loan. He was so patient with us, providing a clear comparison of the loans on offer, including looking at the other products we wanted, such as a credit card and the net cost of the total package - he really went the extra mile to ensure we were comparing apples with apples.
