Don't think, just do! I've had ongoing back pain for years and have been to different chiropractors that have been helpful but not as helpful as Winston. After giving natural birth to my first born, along with my pre-existing back pain, walking and breastfeeding became painful and difficult. After 2 visits my body feels a lot more at ease and the back pain is minimal compared to what it was.
