Trinity and Engine massively helpful with rental management and letting. Trinity is new member of the team and significantly helped us for rental campaign. The best agents I have ever worked with! Moral, energetic, professional and always accessible when you need them. Highly recommended for property management.

I have had several rental propereties manged by various agents over the years. For the past 4 years, Mitchell Becus, Senior Property Manager at Harcourts St Marys has looked after them for me. I am soooo happy with Mitch's prefesionalism and timely manner in which he responds to both myself and the tenants. Initially my experience was fine until I gave my notice to move out, I had kept the property amazing, clean , in very good condition I lived there for 4 years, but meggan tried to make it very difficult to give back my bond because a chip of the skirting bored?? She mentioned tribunal to me over this and was so so rude! I explained over and over again this was wear and tear I did not damage the skirting bored it is old paint! As a former tenant under the Harcourts Your Place Real Estate I have to say, I felt like I was with friends rather than a business. I had a very difficult landlord and they all went above and beyond to make sure everything could be done for me as much as they could.
