List up some of the issues that I had during 7 months of management with Victor. 1. No compliance checks carried out. 2. Havent rectified over payment for 5 months and another one still haven’t rectified. 3. Failure to provide invoices for 7 months. 4. Double charged for a fee and not responding to my query (one deducted from rent 7 months ago and still asking for the payment) 5. Failure to notify urgent repairs and I found it out when the money deducted out from the rent.
