We settled on our property through Harcourts Torrensville with Monica as our agent. After 3 days of emails to both Monica and the principals requesting assistance with the rubbish situation, we’ve received no response from any of them. What happened: Monica forgot our settlement date - she was at her niece’s wedding. We collected keys from her house, but one was missing. Maintenance request took forever to get sorted, and I had to keep following up just to get any updates. There didn’t seem to be much urgency, which was very frustrating. Maintenance issues shouldn’t drag on like this. Hopefully they can improve their response time and communication.
