I attended a recent rental inspection and was disappointed with how I was treated. The agent was noticeably partial, only engaging with couples and completely ignoring me despite my attempts to ask questions. When I parked my motorcycle briefly on the edge of the lawn, I was spoken to condescendingly rather than respectfully asked to move it. My Wife and I had a very good experience with Harcourts Sheppard. We rented in Parkside for about 5 and half years and found them to be extremely professional & helpful. Cheryl helped us out a lot with getting permission to have our dog allowed to stay with us at the house.
