I would highly recommend Cara Merrett for property management services. As a first time landlord, she made the process seamless for me. Great communicator, reliable, very personable, and has a genuine care for her clients. If you are looking at property management services for your home and want someone who will truly take care of everything, I would highly suggest to contact Cara for a chat.
I attended a recent rental inspection and was disappointed with how I was treated. The agent was noticeably partial, only engaging with couples and completely ignoring me despite my attempts to ask questions. When I parked my motorcycle briefly on the edge of the lawn, I was spoken to condescendingly rather than respectfully asked to move it. As a first home buyer the prospect was daunting, however Alexander took the time to listen, understand and answer any questions.
