They are excellent communicators - both informing us of all of our options and listening to our opinions and concerns. They recognised the stress of selling a family home and were respectful and supportive in all our dealings with them. Sarah and Daryl were readily available and spent considerable time discussin... read more
Excellent support from Harcourts Sheppard. I have been using this agency for many years now to manage the rental of my apartment in Adelaide. They have always been proactive in ensuring my interests are taken care of - from regular inspections, rental payments, providing inputs on market rates on renewal of contracts etc. Special mention to my agent, Cheryl, who has been professional and efficient in managing my place!
I would highly recommend Cara Merrett for property management services. As a first time landlord, she made the process seamless for me. Great communicator, reliable, very personable, and has a genuine care for her clients. If you are looking at property management services for your home and want someone who will truly take care of everything, I would highly suggest to contact Cara for a chat.

A special shout-out to Kayla James, who went above and beyond to support us throughout our time with them. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care really stood out. The customer service at Harcourts Shepperd Linden Park was top-notch. Whether it was maintenance requests, general inquiries, or jus... read more

Cheryl helped us out a lot with getting permission to have our dog allowed to stay with us at the house. She gave us great advice on the right letters to write and we are forever grateful that it was all possible. When the time had come to move. We found Sarah's efforts second to none. she managed to get us a longer sentiment and was very understanding of ou... read more
