Excellent support from Harcourts Sheppard. I have been using this agency for many years now to manage the rental of my apartment in Adelaide. They have always been proactive in ensuring my interests are taken care of - from regular inspections, rental payments, providing inputs on market rates on renewal of contracts etc. Special mention to my agent, Cheryl, who has been professional and efficient in managing my place!

I attended a recent rental inspection and was disappointed with how I was treated. The agent was noticeably partial, only engaging with couples and completely ignoring me despite my attempts to ask questions. When I parked my motorcycle briefly on the edge of the lawn, I was spoken to condescendingly rather than respectfully asked to move it.
