Anna Kate was superb, from start to finish. She completely took the stress away from the selling and was super quick to get things moving. We just sat back and let her do her thing and it was awesome. Huge thanks Anna - we're very grateful for all you did.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Being a tenant and needing to contact your realestate is impossible. Calling, emailing and texting and nothing. Weeks later still don’t hear from them. Headed down to the office in Cleveland, it’s shut. Managed to get ahold of the office and was told the property manager is on lunch break so she will get back to me asap. 2 days later and still nothing. You will only hear from them when u receive a bill to pay. Very unprofessional, wish there is better communication. Cleveland harcourts :(
