I stayed at a holiday property that was managed by Port Macquarie Harcourts. The holiday manager is difficult to contact as she does not return calls. Poor customer service. There was no wifi at arrival and they did nothing to resolve the situation during our 5 night stay. They did not assist in obtaining compensation from the owner and they only suggested to go to the tribunal.
