I had a positve experience dealing with Hardcourts Port Macquarie moving into my new rental property. The transition was very smooth and everyone I dealt with were professional and very personable.
I rented an apartment recently in PM through Harcourts for 5 nights & whilst the communication was very responsive initially, it has fallen flat. The staff I dealt with were professional & friendly, however, they obviously had not checked the apartment properly prior to our arrival on 1 June 2025. I stayed at a holiday property that was managed by Port Macquarie Harcourts. The holiday manager is difficult to contact as she does not return calls. Poor customer service. There was no wifi at arrival and they did nothing to resolve the situation during our 5 night stay. They did not assist in obtaining compensation from the owner and they only suggested to go to the tribunal.
