If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been renting a property with this real estate agency for over a year now and have had nothing but ongoing issues. My toilet was blocked on a Friday evening. Tenants are required to use an app to request a plumber or other urgent maintenance over the weekend when the office is closed. Jason Wright was really helpful person throughout the selling process. Communicates really well and goes above and beyond to help both the buyer and seller, making the process really straightforward. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Adelaide apart from him. Honest and Genuine person.
