Chelsea Gregg is a bully and will consistently use scare-tactics to get her way. Any review saying otherwise is clearly a doctored one. The business itself is a shambles. We were allocated at least 3 different agents over a 2-year period due to their inability to retain employees. Fortunately the other 2 were quite kind.
