Chelsea Gregg is a bully and will consistently use scare-tactics to get her way. Any review saying otherwise is clearly a doctored one. The business itself is a shambles. We were allocated at least 3 different agents over a 2-year period due to their inability to retain employees. Fortunately the other 2 were quite kind. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Acted against client's interest. Conflict of interest. We purchased a property through this agent that came with a lease agreement managed by him. Tenant decided to break lease straight after the property was settled. Turns out the agent is friends with the tenant and been planning this from beginning.
