If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been renting a property with this real estate agency for over a year now and have had nothing but ongoing issues. My toilet was blocked on a Friday evening. Tenants are required to use an app to request a plumber or other urgent maintenance over the weekend when the office is closed. But shaelee was the only one who assisted with my enquiry, and actually followed through and kept me informed ever step. I appreciate Shaelee taking the time and being extremely prompt with a satisfactory outcome. That to me speaks volumes. Shaelee went above and beyond.
