Rented with Harcourts for three years starting back when they were still Ray White. During Covid lockdown of 2021 they changed to Harcourts without notifying me and I assume other tenants, I ended up having to call a different real estate company on the central coast who then gave me their new Harcourts details. I had a myriad of property managers until eventually over the last year it just seemed to be whoever opened the email first. I've been connected to Ray White B.Bay for 7yrs! I bought my house from them, lived in it for a while then when I wanted to move out & get it rented, I went straight back to Ray White as they were wonderful to deal with initially. They found me good tenants & were excellent in managing my property plus had reasonable management fees. I am still with them & they are presently managing my property which I am very happy with. As tenants Ray White Bateau Bay proved to be a great property management agency to deal with, however having been home owners previously, my partner and I would have liked to have had a few things explained in further detail when we required assistance just to put our mind at ease and not always via email. Our property manager was always prompt and reliable with correspondence however it is a real shame that we did not have the opportunity to sit and meet until the day I returned the keys 18 months later when vacating. John & I could not recommend Ray White Bateau Bay highly enough! Being previous home owners, a current tenant and in the future a home owner again we have been pleasantly surprised with our dealings with Nicky, Jonathan & Matt who all go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service in what is the minefield of "Property Management". Any Landlord looking for a real estate agency to manage their property can be rest assured that Ray White Bateau Bay will accomplish this task with dedication and enthusiasm.
Kate is the MAN of the relationship and Ken is the WOMAN. What a disgraceful pair of human beings. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has seen the true colors of these unprofessional, lazy and nasty people. How embarrassing for your friends and relatives to read these reviews. You dodged a bullet by transferring all your rentals over to a new agency because the next time you stepped foot on my property you were going to receive a rude shock.
