We had a wonderful experience at this centre under the previous management, but unfortunately everything changed once the new management took over. Communication with families became extremely poor, and there was a noticeable lack of transparency about what was happening within the centre. Over a short period of time, many of the experienced educators who had built genuine, trusting relationships with the children—including my child—were gone.
