As parents, nothing is more important than knowing our children are safe, happy, and well cared for. We feel incredibly grateful to have found this childcare centre for our daughters. The directors (Louise and Jenni) are amazing and the educators (too many to name) are truly wonderful. They are so dedicated, loving, and patient with the children. Happy Hearts is such a well-run centre. It’s clean, safe, and has a really warm, nurturing vibe. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and their learning. As a first time mum, I have felt at ease having my little one there.
I couldn’t be happier with Happy Hearts! The environment is always clean, safe, and nurturing, and it's clear that the team genuinely loves working with children. I appreciate the consistent updates on my daughters progress and activities. I am so grateful for the exceptional care and learning experiences my daughter receives each day she attends. Awesome centre. Friendly staff and very welcoming. We pulled our son out from the first daycare he went to due to negligence and was very anxious at sending him to another daycare but Hayley the director was amazing in making me feel heard and understood my concerns. Since then my son has been taken good care of, his educators in Nursery One are amazing! Im very happy they had an opening when we needed it. Highly recommend.
My daughter has been going to this centre for a year now and we love it. The staffs are all friendly and welcoming, they always greet us when we arrive and before leaving. I like that the centre is always, most of the time, clean and tidy, except for a few times in the afternoon at pick up time when kids are out playing.
