Absolutely horrible experience and made to feel uncomfortable when expressing my concerns. An unprofessional manager replying with "I expected unicorns". Needless to say I left extremely upset and unsatisfied I have the photos as evidence! 3 tiny foils and a wash couldn't fix under processed random orange foiling. A simple apology/refund for the bad work would have been suffice no need to attack me personally!

We spent over 30 minutes consultating with you on every visit trying to work out a plan to help you achieve your hair goals. Went to get my hair lightened as they had done previously however left with my hair even darker and duller and the worst thing I have hair missing as it broke my hair off in places! They didn't even offer me a refund. Will never be going back. Do not go there if you want to keep your hair.
I really love the colour of my hair but I just wish it was all over, I honestly think it looks a bit patchy. And I spoke to the hairdresser a couple of times after I got my hair done for advice to keep up the colour and everything she's said is not working, the product I bought is not working, I'm just really disappointed in this experience as hairdressing is not cheap and for the price you pay you would want all of your hair the one colour.
