Very experienced staff, but felt there was a lack of direction and too much reliance on the use of an app instead of personal communication. There was too much delay in setting up of the exercises. I had to remind the Physio via admin to set up the exercises a few days later before I got them. I honestly think the Physio is lovely, but has taken on too many patient's.
This is the second injury I have seen Janet for. Two different issues, and I have felt very happy with the professionalism and care I have received. Highly recommended.
This is best by far in town with physio, I’d highly recommend the team here. Janet and her experience, she’s hard but gets results, very easy to work with.
Great gym with loads of good equipment. Friendly staff who are all ways willing to help.
Love the staff. So helpful. Nice clean restroom an facilities. Great range of equipment.
