Nice and handy in West Auckland! Excellent staff and availability. I would recommend Habit Health for all sorts of things. I tore the bursa in my shoulder and discovered Habit Health as they were handy. In Lincoln Rd back then. More recently, annoyed my shoulder again, thankfully nothing torn! The chap I saw was friendly/helpful and gave me what I needed to do to try not to hurt my shoulder again.. nothing like getting older..

I've taken my son to see Sagar twice now and both times he has been very thorough and ensures we know what the problem is and how to deal with it. Excellent to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

My teen recently saw Shannon for a dance-related injury. She was great! She took the time to figure out exactly what the nature and extent of the injury was before giving advice. She was so great at communicating with both of us and it helped that she knew a lot about dance so she could tell my teen exactly which moves she could do and which ones she needs to avoid. Highly recommend!
