I saw Arisa Guenther for lower back pain caused by the gym, and she was amazing. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She not only helped relieve the pain but also guided me through effective rehab exercises that have got me feeling and moving like myself again. The space has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and the receptionist was lovely too. Highly recommend, thanks so much, team!
I visited after spraining my ankle. I saw Mercy for lower limb care and Andrew for acupuncture. It was a great experience. They're knowledgeable, but also supportive, and made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. Jo at reception is always nice and helpful. They're also considerate about costs, which I found it was a great help given that I had a pretty long treatment.
Jo on reception is very helpful and welcoming. I had acupuncture with Andrew and physio with Jack. Great team, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Andrew has amazing insight into body composition and health improvement and Jack got the injured area moving freely. Thanks team! Thoroughly recommended!
Jack is a great physio. I'm recovering faster than ever. Very high quality professional service. Thanks! I was booked in for a podiatrist at Wairau. After showing up for my appointment at 7 they didn’t show up and I waited 30 minutes. Got re booked, showed up next week and they had booked another client in the same slot. Waited 30 minutes only to be told the physio was actually not a podiatrist.
