I saw Bradley on Monday at 2pm he was great to deal with and in person 5 star review. I had an extremely sore lower back/glutes and in allot of pain. I was told it would be emailed stretches and also a note for my doctor advising pain medication. I had to call 3 times to get my stretches sent out to me and letter for the doctor for pain meds. Bradley followed up with a call detailing my inquiry and was helpful.
The reviews really reflects this branch. Receptionist was lazy and very unhelpful. Dont bother booking through here. Lower hutt branch is way better!
Physio- Well, all I can say is don't waste your money here and find an alternative option. Other than physio, Got my X-ray done (on the physio's prescription), Habit Health received my reports. Didn't hear back from anyone from Habit Health for multiple weeks and when I called them 4 times in 2 weeks just requesting them to send me my X-ray report, no one bothered to do so. Don't waste your time or money. My therapist did not take the time to evaluate my physical condition. Instead, they prescribed textbook exercises which were way too easy and would only have provided minimal benefit. The exercises I was given were not tailored to my level of fitness. Additionally they were unable to provide a printed copy of the exercises, nor did I receive them via email as promised. You can find better support from the internet. Their real goal seemed to be to get me to book another appointment.
I had need of help with a foot injury. Rithika was fantastic with advice and guidance on what to do. My foot was actually broken and she checked to make sure I was in the system and receiving the correct care. I am truly grateful for your help and care. Fiona
