So far they have been really good. They got my details then I received a call within two days later. Most places dont get back to you or your on a waiting list for a long time. I'm glad that I have ladies that are friendly and are here for me

I Highly recommend Habit Health Silverdale!! I had a work injury. Was crying every day with my lower back pain . First time I ever made the appointment with physio. (Habit Health). Got treatment by ROBERT. Highly recommend this young physio he’s fully loaded with lots of experience. Robert fixed my lower back pain in 3-4 weeks. The best thing about Robert I would like to share robert is amazing physio. he motivated me every time I visited for treatment he put my work life back on track. Thank Robert 👍 keep it up.
Recently, I experienced a minor sprain to my abductor leg muscle. I decided I would get physio. I am so happy I did, not only did I get really helpful rehab exercises from Robert, I also learnt so much more about preventing injuries and static versus active stretching. I have no doubt that I would have reinjured myself if I had not gone. Thank you Robert at Habit Health.
