I went to John during my marathon prep after developing a knee injury. His combination of hands-on treatment, targeted exercises and running guidance helped me recover quickly, and I was able to complete my marathon pain-free. Highly recommended for any runner dealing with injuries!

I had an incredibly horrifying experience with Habit Health Queenstown in 2024, Shortly after breaking my leg and undergoing surgery, I fell on my crutches. I discussed this with my physio at Habit Health and explained I felt I'd done further damage during this fall. Despite attending 18 appointments over four months, my concerns about pain, swelling, and lack of progress were repeatedly dismissed. Use Habit Health since May this year to help with post concussion niggles and I have found them so good to deal with especially Kieran. He is an asset to the company and I would recommend to anyone looking for a Physio!
