If you’re looking for a professional yet friendly physio, this is the place. Hayden at Habit Health was brilliant, he really took the time to listen and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The whole team is lovely and the online booking is super easy. 5 stars!
I was lucky to have Hayden as my physio as I recovered from an accident and subsequent surgery. Hayden designed a rehab programme to get me mobile again. Throughout my recovery Hayden was really engaged and adjusted my treatment to keep pushing on my recovery. He’s realistic and a great motivator. Hayden has made a massive difference to my quality life and I went from shuffling into my first appointment to now returning to 100%. I really couldn’t recommend Hayden highly enough.
My experience at Physio Connect, Mt Wellington was great. James did an amazing job with my recovery, helping me overcome a shoulder injury. I would definitely recommend booking with James if considering booking a physio appointment here. Through the knowledge he has passed on to me, I now know how to manage myself better during exercise and know what to do if my shoulder injury develops again. Cheers James.
Physiotherapist James Durkan of Mt. Wellington branch treated me for knee pain and in a very short period of time cured me fully. He was professional, friendly, caring and respectful. He explained how each physio exercise affects the body and the need to strengthen muscles of the body particularly for a person of my age. I am very happy to recommend James to my friends and family if they ever need physiotherapy treatment
I dealt with Hyuma who was Knowledgeable, easy to understand and made me more aware of how i could avoid further issues with my Back...Highly Recommended!
